Information on Postage and delivery

Returns and refunds policy.

At Crystalwear, It is our aim to get it right first time! However we have a no quibble returns policy. So if for ANY reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us with in 14 day.

There are two ways to return products to us.

1. Use the contact form and tell us in the comments box

a. your name.

b. your order number.

c. why you would like to return the product.

we will then email back with further instructions.

2. You can telephone us on between 9am and 3pm.

Please insure you have read our returns policy first.

Postage and Delivery

All prices shown exclude shipping costs.  All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are as follows:

We supply 3 postage options

a. First class Royal Mail = all orders £2.75

b. Second class Royal Mail = all orders £1.50

c. Other courier = will be used on heavier orders

Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 working days but we aim for 1 working day

Shipping is only available in UK mainland at the moment.

All shipping costs will be met by the customer, including postage, packaging and handling.

Orders up to 2kg will be sent via royal mail service and orders above 2kg will be sent standard parcels or courier service.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 7 days from time of order.

We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
