Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Credit or debit card payments are made through paypal. If you choose to use this service you will be taken directly to their secure server were the transaction will take place, after which you will be redirected back to us. We will not see your card details or transaction other than a ref number to say payment was made. PayPal have excellent systems in place to protect you and make your online shopping an enjoyable experience.

Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order. Shipping costs are as follows:
Spend £ 0 - £25 = £2.50
Spend £25 - £50 = £3.50
Spend £50 - £75 = £4.50
Spend £75+ = £free
Some of the heavier items(large crystal balls, lamps) incur a small extra postage charge, this will be shown next to the product and added automatically
Orders will normally be dispatched within 2 working days but we aim for 1 working day
Shipping is only available in UK mainland at the moment.
All shipping costs will be met by the customer, including postage, packaging and handling.
Orders up to 2kg will be sent via royal mail service and orders above 2kg will be sent standard parcels or courier service.
The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 7 days from time of order.

Partial Deliveries

We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

Retention of Title

The goods delivered remain our property until full payment has been received.

Cancellation Rights

You may withdraw from the sale within two (2) weeks without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods. Your cancellation request will be considered to have been submitted on time if your written notification or the goods are sent back within the timeframe mentioned above. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the goods.

Warranty/returns

Crystals are a natural product, as such, some may have imperfections and markings which are unavoidable please remember this when considering returning a product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 14 days of the invoice date. Please inform us within 5 days of invoice date that you intend to return the item and reasons for doing so by e-mail or post.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the goods.
Please ensure that items being returned are in their original packaging and condition. we can not make a refund or offer replacement if the item has been used or damaged.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by crystalwear shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of crystalwear shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. crystalwear cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
